The Noah's Arc alum is one of my favorite OUT & PROUD actors -- His latest screen turn is in He's Just Not That Into You. Well... Dixon Gaines over at Queerty writes a hilariously scathing review of the flick and its portrayal and perpetuation of gay stereotypes. I haven't seen the flick, and after this review I'll wait to catch in on Netflix, but it seems that the Sex & The City spawned flick isn't showing a true appreciation for our big ol' gay dollars. Love you, Wilson. And all my embattled OUT performers of color more than I can say. Although its not your fault Boo, I'll have to catch this one later. We have to draw the line somewhere. How long can we be snippy sex-crazed caricatures with one hand, while asking for normalcy and respect with the other? ~~

Michael Phelps: Too hot to dance with Barney

Okay, Michael Phelps got caught smoking evil weed. FOX News dubs him a "dope" for smoking dope. ** cue nefarious music ** Then they ask "Can we forgive Michael Phelps?" When the real question is -- Will American hypocrisy ever cease? He only got caught sucking on a bong -- could've been worse, and more titillating. I'm kinda sad he apologized though, saying it will never happen again. Yeah. Okay. Since he's already being demonized by the hypocritical powers and their craZy drug laws, he might as well run with it. He should say "what's the big deal about a little weed?" So what he'll lose an endorsement or two -- but he'll also gain some new ones. As it stands now, most of his endorsements are sticking with him. Look at it this way, a large majority of the country (the world even) already wants to fall to their knees and blow this man (yeah, blow him 'til his head implodes), add a little bad boy to that mix and his stud-muffin stock spurts against the ceiling. I really don't think his money will suffer too badly in the long run. Does SPEEDO really give a shit if he smokes weed, or gets his dick sucked hourly? I think not. Any company that markets to the youth and twenty something market should jump all over him now. Fuck those family oriented punk-a$$ companies who fear the taint of evil weed. Michael Phelps is too hot to dance with Barney any damn way. It's an almost criminal waste of heat and sex appeal. Sorry kiddies, find your own icon. This one is labeled adults only. ~~

In an order signed ironically on my b'day, today, a judge threw out the case brought against my favorite voyeuristic delight-- where when they say boys will be boys, they mean it. Haters keep hating.
